I’m in the process of buying my ‘grail’, a 116520 (2005) which is fitted with a full length PCL. How do I go about getting someone to convert it to my preferred BCL?

Will an AD do it, or will I just need to find a reputable watchmaker? It’ll be my daily wearer, so I prefer the brushed Oyster.
